Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Eicgo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
